Carrot Cake Porridge

Method

    • Add the oats and the milk to the pan with the sultanas and cinnamon, and bring to a simmer, stirring now and then. 
    • Grate in the carrot and Simmer for about 5 minutes or until all the milk is absorbed. 
    • Add a little more milk if it becomes too thick. Add more or less cinnamon to taste.
