After just finishing week 16: I’ve done it, weight loss 2stone. So happy never thought I would achieve this, so at 66 years old If I can do it anyone can, diet although doesn’t seem like a diet is great. Dances are fabulous and I also walk … so I would like to thank the wonderful James Jordan and Ola Jordan for sharing Danceshred ❤️❤️

Thank you James and Ola Jordan for creating such an awesome plan I've just finished my last week 12 with 4 extra weeks to go...this 68yr old has lost 1 stone 1lb(11st 4lb to 10st 4lb) So happy with the diet results hopefully the next stone will come off with the exercise... Upwards and onwards shredders ❤️

Week 12 and I finally feel confident enough to share a small clip of my round 3 advanced jive! Wowzers! That is a crazy dance but so much fun! My click ball change and drunken sailor dance move needs work but I have 6 days to get it right before the end of my dance shred journey Am so glad I signed up - it’s been 12 weeks of dancing my way to weight loss and increased fitness

I've danced 15 minutes at least 5 days a week and mostly kept to the 1400 calories and very happy with the results. This program hasn't felt like a 'diet', I've enjoyed my food and not cut any food types out, I've had takeaways and eaten out and still lost the weight. I would never have shared my before pictures at the beginning but here they are, week 1 on the left, week 12 on the right. Thanks Ola and James.
