Grilled Chicken and Vegetables

Method

          • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
          • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
          • Brush the chicken and vegetables with the oil mixture.
          • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through, and grill the vegetables for 3-4 minutes per side or until tender.
          • Serve the chicken and vegetables together and enjoy!
