SO HERE’S HOW IT WORKS ...

- It is super simple! There is one instruction video and one new dance workout every week. We give you instructions during the workouts but they are based on you having already watched the instruction video so please do watch that video first.

- Complete the week's workout as many days as you are able to for that week. Aim for every day if you can – or at least 4 times a week. Build up to more as you get stronger.
